Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and using the services of Maroc Negoce, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
Maroc Negoce provides workforce recruitment and mobilization services, connecting Moroccan talent with employers in GCC countries. Our services include candidate sourcing, screening, visa processing, travel arrangements, and post-deployment support.
Employer Obligations
Employers agree to provide accurate job requirements, comply with labor laws in their respective countries, bear the costs of visas and travel as per GCC regulations, and treat deployed workers in accordance with local labor standards.
Job Seeker Obligations
Job seekers agree to provide accurate and truthful information in their applications. A placement fee applies upon signing a work contract. Candidates must comply with all visa and deployment requirements set by the destination country.
Replacement Guarantee
Every placement includes a replacement guarantee within the agreed probation period at no additional recruitment cost, provided the termination is due to the worker's performance or conduct and not due to changes in employer requirements.
Fees & Payment
No upfront fees are charged to employers. Service fees are agreed per profile and invoiced only on successful mobilization. For job seekers, a placement fee applies upon signing a work contract. All fees are transparently communicated before any commitment.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all business information, candidate details, and commercial terms shared during the recruitment process.
Limitation of Liability
Maroc Negoce shall not be liable for delays caused by government authorities, visa processing times, or factors beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the service fees charged for the specific placement in question.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Rabat, Morocco.
